Humpback salmon cutlets


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz humpback salmon filet
  • 2 eggs
  • greens (fennel, parsley, etc)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the humpback salmon filet into small pieces.

Mince the greens.

Beat the eggs.

Combine eggs, humpback salmon, greens, salt, and pepper. Add spices.

Use a spoon to place the cutlets on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until ready.
