Salad with chicken liver and cherry tomatoes
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz chicken liver
- 12-15 cherry tomatoes
- green salad leaves
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon 6% vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the liver into small pieces.
Sauté the liver in vegetable oil until ready (liver cooks fast).
Cut cherry tomatoes into two parts. You can use regular tomatoes, which you would have to cut into small pieces.
Prepare the dressing. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper.
Place salad leaves into a plate and place liver on them.
Place the tomatoes and add dressing.
