Breaded apples


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 5 oz milk
  • 5.5 oz flour
  • 3-4 apples
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Separate egg whites from yolks. Cream yolks with sugar.

Add sour cream and combine.

Add milk.

Add flour and mix well.

Beat the whites into foam.

Add whites to the dough and mix carefully.

Peal apples and remove the core. Cut into slices that are 0.2-0.3” thick.

Dip apple slices into the dough.

Fry in warm oil, on both sides, until a golden color. You can sprinkle the cooked apples with sugar powder.
