Salad with ham, mushrooms and tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz ham
  • 10.5 oz champignons
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings.

Clean champignons and cut into slices.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Cut eggs into cubes.

Cut the ham into strips.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Add mushrooms, salt and sauté well. Cool.

Combine ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs. Add a little bit of pepper and salt, if necessary.

Add mayonnaise.
