Soft-salted cucumbers without pickle solution

This recipe, as well as many others, was sent by Lucy. My treats. Cucumbers are very delicious! Crunchy, beautiful and full of flavor! Lucy, thank you very much for the recipe!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb cucumbers (small)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • fennel

Preparation


Mince the fennel.

Mince the garlic.

Wash the cucumbers and cut the edges. Place cucumbers, fennel, garlic and salt in a plastic bag.

Tie the bag. To seal it better, place it in one more bag. Shake everything well. Refrigerate the bag while shaking it periodically. Cucumbers will be ready in 6-8 hours.
