Humpback salmon with shrimp on skewers
Recipe Ingredients
- 7 oz humpback salmon filet
- 3.5 oz boiled cleaned shrimp
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- vegetable oil
- lemon
Preparation
Cut the humpback salmon into small cubes.
Beat the eggs. Add salt and dip humpback salmon pieces in them.
Then roll it in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil until they are a golden color.
Thread pieces of humpback salmon and shrimp on a skewer in an alternating order. Spray with lemon juice.
