Chicken with a secret

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4.5 lb chicken (approximately)
  • 10.5 oz champignons
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Add mushrooms and sauté. Then cool.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Mince the greens.

Combine mushrooms, cheese, greens and minced garlic. Add a little bit of salt.

Cut the chicken at the brest.

Carefully separate the skin.

Push the stuffing under the skin and spread equally.

Grease the chicken with mayonnaise and bake in the oven at 350F for an hour.
