Salad with salmon and potatoes


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz pickled salmon
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon 6% vinegar
  • salad leaves

Preparation


Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.

Cut the salmon into small pieces.

Prepare the dressing. Combine oil, vinegar. Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press.

Place salad leaves on a plate. Place potatoes and salmon on them. Pour the dressing over. You can decorate it with parsley.
