Tartlets with the chicken liver salad
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz chicken liver
- 7 oz fresh or frozen champignons
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium carrot
- green onion
- mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- tartlets (ready)
Preparation
Boil liver, cool, grate on a small grater, and run through a meat grinder.
Mince the mushrooms.
Sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil and then cool.
Grate eggs on a small grater.
Grate raw carrot on a small grater.
Mince the onion.
Combine liver, mushrooms, eggs, carrots, and onion. Add a little bit of salt.
Add mayonnaise. You can place the salad in a salad plate or serve in tartlets. Tartlets are sold in stores next to bread products.
