Fried Pork with mushrooms and dried plums
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz pork (filet)
- 7 oz champignons
- 3.5 oz dried plums
- 1 onion
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the onion into strips.
Cut the meat into strips.
Cut mushrooms into small pieces.
Cut the dried plums into cubes. If dried plums are not soft, cover them with warm water and leave for 30 minutes.
Sauté the onion and meat in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add dried plums, a little bit of salt and fry for about another 5 minutes.
