Squid and corn salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 18 oz. of squid fillets
  • 12 oz. of corn
  • 5 oz. of cheese
  • 1 bulb
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings.

Cover with boiling water, and leave for 5-10 minutes. Pour out water, rinse onion in cold water.

Squids clean, cut straws. Put squids into boiling water, bring to boiling water, and boil for 1-2 minutes. Then cool squids.

Grate cheese over the small holes of a box grater.

Mix up squids, corn, cheese, onion. Add salt.

Add mayonnaise.
