Multi layered jelly
Recipe Ingredients
- 5 cups (7 oz) different color syrup
- 5 tablespoons gelatin (without a hill)
Preparation
Add a cup of boiling water to gelatin and leave for 1 hour.
Bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not keep boiling. Cool.
Then divide the gelatin into 5 parts. Add it into the syrup and mix.
Pour the layer of syrup around ½” thick on the bottom of molds. Place in the fridge until it completely solidifies (around 30 minutes).
Then add syrup of a different color. Place in the fridge again.
Add all the syrup this way, alternating the order. Place in the fridge. Remove the finished jelly from the molds by placing them in hot water for several seconds.
