Waffle baskets with egg whites cream


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz butter or margarine
  • 7 oz sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 5.5-7 oz flour
  • egg whites cream

Preparation


Cream margarine with sugar.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add starch and flour. Combine everything well. You should get the dough that is not tight.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough into the preheated waffle maker.

Cook until a golden color.

Place the cooked waffle onto a narrow glass.

For the waffle to get a better basket shape, you can press it with a wider glass on top.

Fill the ready baskets with cream. Decorate with fruits and berries.
