Fried marrows with ground meat


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb marrows
  • 17.5 oz ground meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Clean the marrows and remove the seeds. Cut them into cubes.

Grate carrots on a small grater.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Fry onion in vegetable oil.

Add ground meat and salt and fry until ready.

Fry marrows and carrots in vegetable oil in a different frying pan.

Place half of marrows in a baking pan.

Place all the ground meat on marrows.

Place the ground meat on the leftover marrows.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 350F until a golden color (approximately 20 minutes).
