Chicken thigh in puff dough


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz puff dough
  • 2 lb chicken thigh
  • 4-5 pickles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Add salt and pepper to the thigh.

Fry the thigh in vegetable oil until ready.

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 4 parts.

Roll the dough and cut into strips 0.6-0.9” thick.

Roll the thigh and pickle into the dough.

Cover the pan with baking paper and place the thigh. Bake in the preheated to 350F oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until a golden color.
