Salad with cabbage, grapes and apple


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz cabbage
  • 1 apple (preferably sour)
  • 7 oz grapes (seedless)
  • juice of half the lemon
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Finely cut the cabbage.

Remove the core from the apple. Cut the apple into strips and add the juice of half the lemon. Mix.

Combine cabbage, apple, grapes. Add vegetable oil.
