Chicken wings under tomato and garlic sauce


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken wings
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Fry wings in vegetable oil.

Peel the skin from tomatoes and mash the pulp with a fork and grate.

Add the garlic squeezed through the garlic press to tomatoes and add salt.

Add to the wings. Simmer under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
