Puff pies with cabbage


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz puff dough
  • 10.5-14 oz cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Mince the cabbage.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.

Add the cabbage. Fry until the cabbage is soft.

Roll the dough, cut into squares and place the filling.

Form pies.

Cover the pan with baking paper or grease with butter. Place the pies on the ban and bake in the oven preheated to 350F. Bake until they are a golden color (around 15-20 minutes).
