Cupcake with peanut butter


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 12.5 oz peanut butter
  • 5.5-7 oz sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5.5-7 oz flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3.5 oz chocolate
  • nuts to sprinkle
  • butter or vegetable oil

Preparation


Cream butter with sugar and vanilla.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add flour, baking powder and mix the dough, so it is not tight.

Grease the mold with vegetable oil or butter. Place the dough and even it out. Place in the oven preheated to 350F. Bake for an hour.

Finely chop the nuts.

Melt chocolate in a water bath.

Pour the chocolate over the cupcake and sprinkle it with nuts.
