Cauliflower with broccoli baked under creamy sauce


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 14 oz broccoli
  • 14 oz cauliflower
  • 17 oz 10-15% cream
  • 5.5 oz cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Boil in salty water for 10 minutes. Then place in a strainer.

Place in a baking mold.

Grate the cheese on a large grater.

Melt the butter. Add flour and slightly fry.

Add cream and bring to a boil.

Add cheese. Heat until cheese completely melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add sauce to the cauliflower.

Bake in the oven at 350F until it has a golden crust (around 25 minutes).
