Pork Stir-fry with dried plums and apples
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz pork (boneless)
- 5.5 oz dried plums
- 2 apples (preferably sour)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the pork into pieces.
Soak the died plums in warm water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water and cut the dried plums into strips.
Cut apples into slices.
Fry the pork in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper.
Add dried plums and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Then add apples and simmer for 15-20 minutes. As a side order, you can serve rice or mashed potatoes.
