Cottage Cheese pudding

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz cottage cheese
  • 10 oz milk
  • 3.5-5.5 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz corn starch (4 tablespoons with a hill)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • candied fruit, fruits, nuts to taste
  • butter

Preparation


Separate egg whites from yolks. Cream the yolks with curd.

Add milk and mix.

Add sugar and vanilla.

Add starch and mix.

Beat the whites into a thick foam.

Add whites into a curd mix and mix carefully.

Cut the candied fruit, nuts or fruits.

Add the curd mix and combine.

Grease the mold with butter (I have a mold that is 10.2” in diameter) or cover with baking paper. Place the curd mix. Place pieces of butter on top.

Place in the oven. Bake at 350F until a golden crust appears (about an hour).
