Pots with fish and potatoes


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz fish filet (pike perch, humpback salmon, pangasius and etc.)
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


This amount of ingredients is for 2 pots.

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Mince the onion.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Cut the potatoes into slices.

Place the potatoes at the bottom of the pot.

Place the fish on potatoes. Add salt and pepper.

Place the onion on fish.

Place carrots on the onion.

Place the leftover potatoes on the carrots. Add a little bit of water (1-1.7 oz).

Add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on top. Cover the pots with lids and bake in the oven at 350F for 40-60 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked dish with greens.
