Peppers stuffed with cheese and eggs


 

This recipe was sent to me by Anna. Thank you very much! I think that this appetizer will be a good decoration for the table on holidays!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 Bulgarian peppers (preferably different color)
  • 10.5-14 oz cheese (hard)
  • 3 eggs (boiled)
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Wash the peppers and remove seeds.

Grate cheese on a small grater.

Combine cheese, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, add a little bit of mayonnaise.

Fill the pepper with this mix, but leave a little bit of room inside.

Place an egg in the middle of the pepper, so the rest of the space is filled with cheese.
Refrigerate the peppers for 3-4 hours. Then cut them with a sharp knife.
