Fried eggs with ham and tomatoes
Recipe Ingredients
- 5-6 eggs
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 7 oz ham
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Finely cut the ham.
Cut tomatoes into cubes.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
Add ham and slightly fry.
Add tomatoes and combine.
Add eggs, salt, pepper and fry until ready.
