Casserole with ground meat and potatoes


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz ground meat (any to taste)
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 7 oz cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Peel potatoes (if large, cut into 2-3 parts) and boil until ready.

Mince the onion.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Add tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add ground meat, salt, pepper and sauté until ready.

When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, add butter, salt and make mash potatoes.

Place the ground meat in the baking pan.

Place mashed potatoes on the ground meat and even it out.

Place cheese grated on a small grater onto potatoes. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
