Orange pudding


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 5 yolks
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 1 oz gelatin

Preparation


Peel the oranges (using a special knife or grate on a grater).

Squeeze orange juice (you should have ½ cup).

Add juice to the gelatin and leave for 1 hour.

Beat the yolks.

Add the peel to the milk, place on heat and bring to a boil.

Add sugar and combine.

Then add gelatin and combine.

Then add yolks.

While constantly stirring, boil on the low heat for 15 minutes.

Then pour the mix into molds and place in the fridge for 7-8 hours.
