Chicken, stuffed with rice and dried fruits
Recipe Ingredients
- Chicken (3.5-4.5 lb)
- 1 cup steamed rice
- 3.5 oz dried apricot
- 3.5 oz dried plums
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut dried apricots into cubes.
Cut dried plums into cubes also.
Combine rice, dried apricots and plums and add a little bit of salt.
Stuff the chicken with rice and dried fruits.
Sew the chicken up, add salt and pepper.
Place the chicken into a baking sleeve or just on a pan. Bake in the oven at 350F for 60-80 minutes.
