Apple pie
Recipe Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 7 oz sugar
- 7 oz margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda (flat)
- flour
Cream:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Rub margarine with sugar.
Add eggs and combine everything well.
Then add soda and flour and mix the dough.
Save 1/3 of dough for “braids,” and place the rest on the sheet..
Peel the apples, cut and place them on the dough.
Create “braids” out of the leftover dough and cover with apples. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Prepare the cream: combine sour cream with sugar until particles disappear.
Cover the cooked pie with cream and let it soak it in.
