Salad with croutons, cheese and carrot


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • Loaf of white bread (9-10.5 oz)
  • 10.5 oz cheese
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut the loaf into small cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil until they are a golden color.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Grate the carrots on a small grater.

Combine carrots, cheese, garlic, squeezed through a garlic press, croutons (I recommend adding croutons right before serving, so they will stay crunchy).

Combine everything and add mayonnaise.
