Fruit fantasy


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz fresh apricots or peaches
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup white apple or grape juice
  • 2 teaspoons starch

Preparation


Wash apricots or peaches, remove pits and cut into pieces. Then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. If fruits are not very ripe, place in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 325F.

To prepare the cream, you need to combine the eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar, add starch, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix everything well.

Then add apple or grape juice.

Then place on the stove at low heat.

Heat the mix while beating with a wire whisk until it thickens.

When cream thickens, place peaches or apricots on it and place in a preheated to 400F oven for 10-15 minutes.
