Calamari with rice salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb calamari
  • 5 tablespoons steamed rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • green salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Boil eggs, peel, cut lengthwise and cut into strips.

Clean calamari and add cold water. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Add boiling water for several minutes to soften the onion and get rid of bitterness.

Cool the boiled calamari and cut into strips.

Finely cut the salad.

Then combine calamari, eggs, rice, onion, salad, salt and pepper.

Add mayonnaise.
