Cherry oranges

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oranges or large mandarins
  • 17.5 oz cherry compote
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 1 oz gelatin

Preparation


Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 1 hour.

Wash oranges or mandarins, cut into halves and remove the pulp.

Add the cherry compote and sugar to the saucepan.

Then add gelatin to the compote. Bring the mix to a boil, but do not keep boiling.

When the mix cools, pour it into skin molds and place in the fridge for 6-7 hours.
