Fried chicken liver with onion and sweet pepper

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken liver
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut onion into half rings.

Cut pepper into strips.

Fry onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Then add liver, salt and pepper.

When liver is fried from both sides, add pepper and fry until ready.
