Flavored eggplants


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 eggplants
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons various dried greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
  • salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

Preparation


Wash the eggplants and cut into slices. To get rid of bitterness, you need to sprinkle them with salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then rinse in cold water.

Combine breadcrumbs and greens in a flat plate.

Slightly beat the eggs and add salt.

Then dip eggplants in eggs.

Then thoroughly roll them in the breadcrumbs and greens mix.

Then fry eggplants in vegetable oil, from both sides, until they are a golden color.
