Manna


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation


Combine the sour cream with semolina and leave for 1 hour.

Then add sugar, eggs and baking powder. Mix everything well.

Then add flour and mix dough, so it is not tight.

Then place the dough on a pan greased with butter and place in the oven.

Bake the manna at 400F until ready. To check whether the manna is ready or not, you need to punch it with a match (or toothpick). If it is dry, then the manna is ready. Pour syrup over the manna and decorate to taste.
