Fried chicken stomachs with onion and soy sauce

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken stomachs
  • 3 onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • olive or vegetable oil
  • red pepper
  • salt

Preparation


Remove films from the stomachs. Wash and boil in salty water.

Mince the onion.

Sauté the onion in oil until it is a golden color.

Cut the boiled stomachs.

Dissolve the chicken broth cube in a glass of water.

Add stomachs to the onion and add the broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.

At the same time, mince the garlic.

Then, after the stomachs simmered with broth, add garlic, soy sauce to them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked stomachs with greens.
