Bee cake


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2-3 cup flour

Cream:

  • 17.5 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation


Separate egg whites from yolks. Cream the yolks with sugar until particles disappear.

Melt honey with baking powder and heat to brown color while stirring.

Then slightly cool the honey and add it to the yolk mix. Mix everything well.

Then add it to the flour and mix the dough, so it is not tight.

Beat the egg whites into foam. To achieve better results, add a dash of salt.

Carefully add whites to the dough.

You should have a light, airy mix as a result.

Place the layer of dough that is 0.4” thick on a pan greased with butter. Bake 3-4 layers.

Prepare the cream: beat the sour cream with sugar until particles disappear.

Grease the baked layer with cream and place the next layer on top and etc. Decorate to your taste.
