Humpback salmon (canned) salad
Recipe Ingredients
- 9 oz canned humpback salmon
- 3.5 oz melted cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Mash the humpback salmon with a fork.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Then grate the eggs on a small grater. You can save one yolk for decoration.
Mince the onion.
Combine everything. Add salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise. Decorate the finished salad with yolk grated on a small grater.
