Chicken filet stuffed with cheese, ham and pineapples

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 pieces chicken filet
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices cheese
  • pineapples (to taste)
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the filet lengthwise, unfold, and hammer. Add salt and pepper.

Place a piece of cheese, ham and pineapples on the filet.

Wrap the filet and fasten with toothpicks.

Roll the filet in breadcrumbs.

Then place the filet on the frying pan and fry in olive or vegetable oil until ready.
