Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • fennel
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings.

Finely cut the fennel.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color. Then add fennel and finely chopped garlic.

Wash the mushrooms. Clean and cut them into slices.

Add mushrooms to onion and fennel and fry everything for 10 minutes. Then add buckwheat to the mushrooms, add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add salt and boil until ready.
