Bulgarian Baked Chicken & vegetables in foil
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 3 Bulgarian peppers
- 2 carrots
- 2-3 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces. Add salt, pepper, spices and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut peppers into strips.
Cut the carrot lengthwise and then cut into small pieces.
Cut the tomatoes into sections.
Place a piece of chicken in the foil. Place vegetables on top and wrap the foil. Place it on the pan and simmer in the oven at 350-400F for an hour.
