Orange Glazed Chicken filet


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6-7 pieces of chicken filet
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons strongly boiled tea
  • 4.5 oz orange yogurt
  • Red pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Peel one orange.

Squeeze the juice out of oranges and lemon.

Add tea, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt to the juice. Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press and combine.

Then add the onion.

Place filet into the marinade and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Then remove the filet out of the fridge and fry in oil until it is a golden color.

Filter the marinade and pour the filet in. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Add the peel to the yogurt.

Add yogurt with peel to the fillet and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour the filet with sauce and serve.
