Russian fried Chicken legs in coconut flakes
Recipe Ingredients
- 3 chicken legs
- coconut flakes
- 1-2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- scallions
- frying oil
Preparation
Wash the legs. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Then dip legs in beaten eggs.
After that, roll them well in coconut flakes.
Fry in olive oil until ready. Sprinkle the cooked legs with scallions.
