Chocolate and nut dessert
Recipe Ingredients
- 7.0 oz milk chocolate
- 1.5 cup milk
- 0.9 oz gelatine
- 3 teaspoons coffee
- 3.5-5.5 oz sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (not fat)
- nuts to taste
Preparation
Pour cold milk into gelatin and leave for 1 hour.
Then add coffee, sugar to the milk, combine together and put in the water bath. Heat until sugar dissolves.
Add chocolate and heat until chocolate melts. Cool the mix.
Chop the nuts.
When the chocolate mix is cool, add it to sour cream and beat well with a mixer. Add nuts and mix it.
Pour the mix into parfait glasses and refrigerate. Sprinkle nuts when serving.
