Stuffed calamari Pigs
Recipe Ingredients
- 8-10 calamari carcasses
- 1 cup steamed rice
- 3 eggs
- 3 ½ oz pickled mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Clean the calamari without damaging carcasses. Cook in the boiling water with added salt for exactly 3 minutes.
Mince the onion.
Grate the carrot on a small grater.
Saute the onion and carrot and cool.
Cut mushrooms into small pieces.
Chop the eggs into small pieces.
Combine rice, mushrooms, eggs, sautéed onions with carrot, add salt to everything and add pepper.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Use the finished mix to stuff the calamari carcasses. In order to create pigs out of them, cut the noses, ears and tails. Use peppercorns for eyes.
