Roast beef with mushrooms and carrots
Recipe Ingredients
- 18 oz. of beef or pork fillet
- 10 oz. of mushrooms
- 2 large carrots
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Meat - cut small pieces, add soy sauce. Leave for 30-40 minutes.
Rinse mushrooms, clean, cut into slices.
Grate carrots.
Fry meat with a vegetable oil.
Add mushrooms, salt, pepper. Fry 5-10 minutes more.
Add carrots, and heat until cooked.
