Salad with croutons, peas and smoked chicken legs


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 smoked chicken legs
  • 1 can of green peas
  • ½ loaf of bread
  • vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut the bread into cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil until a golden color.

Remove skin from the legs, remove bones and cut the meat into cubes.

Combine the meat, peas, and croutons (it is better to add croutons before serving, so they will remain crunchy)

Add mayonnaise.
