Tuna salad with croutons


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz canned tuna
  • 7 oz loaf of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • olives to taste
  • salt
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the bread into cubes.

Fry the bread in vegetable oil until a golden color.

Cut the onion into strips. Add boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.

Grate the eggs on a large grater.

Grate the carrot on a small grater.

Drain the oil from the fish and mash it with a fork.

Combine croutons, onion, eggs, carrot, fish (you can add olives, if you wish). Add salt to taste.

Add mayonnaise.
