Pork under cheese crust


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz pork filet (it may have a bone)
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10.5 oz cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Combine tomato paste with garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Roll the pieces of meat (about 1” thick) in tomato sauce, place on the pan and bake in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes.

Then sprinkle with meat with grated cheese and bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
